This is from the soundtrack to Indie Game: The Movie, composed by Jim Guthrie. Guthrie is famous for a lot of albums, but I know him as the guy behind Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP's soundtrack, The Ballad of the Space Babies. His music was a perfect tie for Indie Game: The Movie, which is an unmissable documentary about the personal experiences of four indie game developers trying to navigate a corporation-dominated game design world. The movie is amazing, and its Special Edition recently released, and that's just as amazing. If you have the movie on Steam, the SE bonus stuff is available as "DLC" for it, which is super cool.
